Sparkle N Sprinkle Snowman With a Heart Card [02.26.2018]

Hi! Designer Chris showcasing another amazing new Sparkle N Sprinkle stamp, which was released in the February 2018 release. This one is a digi only - and boy is it fun! It is the Snowman With a Heart digital set. Let's check out the card together!

Supply List:
Snowman With a Heart digi stamp [Digi3140M]
Marine Blue glitter [GM2049]
Shamrock glitter [GM2041]
Pink Fizz glitter [GM2050]
Tangerine glitter [GM2043]
Sterling glitter [GM2035]
Glitter Brush [SG1400]
3/4" Tear-ific Tape [SAT05]
Sakura Glue Pen [Quicky]
Action Wobbler [AWS12]
Tonic Ornate Frame Layering Die Collection [1111e]
Tonic Swirling Frame Layering Die Set [1462e]
Tonic Tangerine machine [138e]
Tonic 12" Wide Base Craft Guillotine [454a]
Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive [200N]
Nuvo Ebony Black Crystal Drops Gloss [650N]
Nuvo Fresh Snowfall Glitter Accents [948N]

I sized the digital image and sentiment on my computer, and then printed them out onto cardstock. I also printed two of the exact same sized images of the snowman so I could fussy cut some parts. I die cut the snowman image (more on this below) with my Tonic Tangerine machine, using the Tonic Ornate Frame Layering Die. I had to partial die cut the snowman because I wanted his little stick hands to poke out over the outer edge of the die. Once he was die cut, I fussy cut around his hands. I used the second copy of the snowman I printed out to pillage for more body parts! I fussy cut the hat part for the snowman. You can see the second layer of the hat (just the cap part, not the brim) that I added as the second layer. I rolled on some Sakura Glue Pen onto the holly berries and leaves, and the hat itself. I sprinkled on Pink Fizz, Shamrock, and Sterling glitters to these areas. I used foam adhesive squares to add dimension between the layers. I also did the same with his nose - I fussy cut it from the second image I printed, and rolled on some Sakura Glue Pen and sprinkled on Tangerine glitter. I used foam adhesive squares here too. Then, I squeezed on some Ebony Black Crystal Drops to make his charcoal smile a little more dimensional too. This worked out great!

Here are more fussy cut parts ... I fussy cut his little heart buttons. Rolled on more Sakura Glue Pen and sprinkled on more Pink Fizz glitter. Adhered them with foam adhesives for added dimension.

Another thing I did was to squeeze out a strip of Nuvo Fresh Snowfall Glitter Accents onto the "light" edge of the snowman. In my mind, the light is coming from the right of the image, so I added a strip of the Glitter Accents there to give it some highlight. This was a really fun embellishment that gave some nice sparkle!

Here is a close up of the partial die cutting and fussy cutting to allow the snowman's hands to stick out from the die cut edge. I put the whole oval shape onto an Action Wobbler and layered it over another full image of the snowman I printed out. I lined it up so his hand "held" the sun heart in the background. When the oval layer wobbles, his hand bobs up and down under the heart! It is so cute in real life! I embellished the heart with some more Sakura Glue Pen and more Pink Fizz glitter!

I also layered another die cut layer under my oval (before mounting all of it onto the Action Wobbler). I put down some 3/4" Tear-ific Tape around the outer edges of the cardstock of where I would be die cutting. I die cut another oval from the Ornate Frame Layering Die Collection, and then pulled away the release tape on top of the die cut negative spaces, and pressed in Marine Blue glitter. I also swiped some Sakura Glue Pen around the inner oval, and sprinkled on more Marine Blue glitter there. This gave a nice strip of sparkle all around the Snowman Oval.

I layered the snowman oval onto two layered pieces of white and red cardstock that I created using the Swirling Frame Layering Die Set. I backed it all onto a black cardstock card base, and this card was done. This snowman is super sweet and a lot of fun!

I can't wait to see what you create, and look forward to seeing your awesome creations in our monthly Sparkle N Sprinkle Creative Challenge that you can find on Facebook. The challenge runs monthly from the first day of the month to the 25th. So, post your cards and projects starting March 1! You can win a prize!!!

Sparkle N Sprinkle Happiness Greetings [02.21.2018]

Hello, Sparkle N Sprinkle Designer Chris reporting for duty! Today's card is one of the new stamp sets from Sparkle N Sprinkle for February. The stamp set I used is Happiness Greetings. Let's check out the card.

Supply List:
Happiness Greetings stamp set [00-886P8]
Tonic Venetian Lace Layering Die Collection [1112e]
Versamark Ink [VM-001]
Anti Static Bag [99512]
Hit the Beach embossing powder [EP394]
3/4" Tear-ific Tape [SAT05]
Butterscotch glitter [GM2051]
Glitter Brush [SG1400]
Tonic Tangerine machine [138e]
Tonic Easy Clean Craft Mat [1514e]
Tim Holtz Distress Inks

These greetings are incredible! I chose the greeting below, and positioned the stamp in my Tonic Tim Holtz Stamp Platform, and inked it up with Versamark Ink. I treated my cardstock with my Anti Static Bag, then stamped the stamp onto my cardstock. I re-inked and re-stamped (amazing use of the stamp platform!) to make sure I got a lot of versamark ink laid down. I sprinkled on Hit the Beach embossing powder and heat set it. This embossing powder is really sparkly and has a lot of fun depth to it. I die cut out the sentiment using one of the dies in Tonic's Venetian Lace Layering Die Collection. Then, I blended some distress ink along the outer edge of the die and over the center of the sentiment, to give the sentiment some additional depth and make it stand out a bit more on the white cardstock.

I also die cut some green cardstock with Tonic's Verdi's Wave Flourish Die Set. I die cut a bunch of flourishes, and then blended some green distress ink along the edges of the flourishes to give more depth to them as well. I die cut more layers with the Tonic Venetian Lace Layering Die Collection too, and layered everything up.

One of my favorite things to do - which is really easy but makes a HUGE impact is to layer glitter behind the die cut, through the negative space. To do this, I die cut another piece of cardstock with a larger Venetian Lace Layering Die Collection die from white cardstock. I adhered some 3/4" Tear-ific Tape behind the outer edge of the die cut. Once I had all the negative spaces covered with the tape, from the back of the die cut cardstock, I sprinkled on some Butterscotch glitter and burnished it into my Tear-ific Tape with my finger tool! I pressed in the glitter into the exposed adhesive, and the glitter gets embedded into the negative spaces. I wiped away any remaining glitter with my Glitter Brush.

I layered up all my layers and mounted them onto a card base made from a gold cardstock. I wanted a bit more to the outer edge of the card, so I rolled on some Nuvo Smooth Precision Glue Pen along the outer edge, and then set it aside to get tacky. Once it was dry (and tacky), I pressed in some Radiant Gold Gilding Flakes and then brushed off the rest and I had a sweet gold stripe all along the edge of the card. I loved it!

And finally, to finish off the card, I shaped some paper flowers from my stash, and dredged them through some distress ink that I smooshed onto my Easy Clean Craft Mat and then spritzed it with water. The ink absorbed into the flowers and there was a lot of variation in the color. I adhered the flowers together and then adhered them onto the green flourishes. I created the flower centers by squeezing in Morning Dew Crystal Drops, which is clear, and then covering the centers while still wet with more Butterscotch glitter. When the Crystal Drops were dry, I removed the excess glitter. This made the flower centers match the rest of the card really well!

This was a fun card to make, and I love the soft colors and the glitter. I hope you enjoyed it. Remember that you can post your creations in our Facebook Creative Challenge monthly group. You have until February 25 to post your creation there. The March challenge will begin March 1. Can't wait to see what you create!

Thanks for stopping by. Have a magical day!

Cardz 4 Galz Challenge #65 Rubber Stamped Triple Heart Card [02.15.2018]

The current challenge at Cardz 4 Galz is: Rubber or Acrylic Stamping (no digis). I stamped a sentiment and some hearts using Simon Says Stamp's Really Like You stamp set, and added lots of stickers from Simon Says Stamp's Main Squeeze Puffy Stickers. Here is the card.

Supply List:
Simon Says Stamp Really Like You stamp set
Simon Says Stamp Main Squeeze Puffy Stickers
Sparkle N Sprinkle White Detail embossing powder
Sparkle N Sprinkle Heliotrope embossing powder
Versamark Ink
Tonic Tangerine machine
Heart dies
assorted Washi tape

I used my Tonic Tangerine to die cut out three hearts from red cardstock. I scored them down the center, and folded two in half. I scored them on opposite sides on the "inside" edge of the folded heart. I adhered one of the red hearts to a white heart panel, and then adhered the two folded hearts to the front. This way, the hearts opened kinda like a gatefold card. The center small pink heart and puffy sticker is the latch and holds the two folded hearts shut. I stuck the Simon Says Stamp Main Squeeze Puffy Stickers all over the card front too, along with some blingy rhinestones and some washi tape strips from my stash.

For my actual stamping, I stamped out a sentiment from Simon Says Stamp's Really Like You stamp set. I mounted my stamp in my Tonic Tim Holtz Stamp Platform, and inked up the stamp with Versamark Ink. I stamped it to the red heart, and then sprinkled on Sparkle N Sprinkle's White Detail embossing powder. I heat set it and had this awesome huge sentiment inside the card! I stamped out some of the smaller hearts in the stamp set using the same technique and sprinkled on Sparkle N Sprinkle's Heliotrope embossing powder and heat set those too.

This was a really fun card to make and even though it is fairly simple, I really like the heart gatefold that folds out to three hearts in a row. So cool! I look forward to seeing your rubber or clear/acrylic stamped creations in our Cardz 4 Galz Challenge. Good luck!

Thanks for stopping by. Have a magical day!

And now, back to my sweet little birdie!

Supply List:
Bonnet Birdie stamp set [00-885P7]
Sparkle embossing powder [EP107]
White Detail embossing powder [EP298]
Clear Detail embossing powder [EP280]
Tangerine glitter [GM2043]
Pink Fizz glitter [GM2050]
Hickory glitter [GM2044]
Glitter Brush [SG1400]
Mini Blender Brush Set [1558e]
Versamark Ink [VM-001]
Versafine Black Onyx Ink [VF-82]
Anti Static Bag [99512]
Tonic Scalloped Square Layering Basics Die Set [1453e]
Tonic Tangerine machine [138e]
Tonic Easy Clean Craft Mat [1514e]
Nuvo Royal Aubergine Embellishment Mousse [821N]
Nuvo Peony Pink Embellishment Mousse [800N]
Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive [200N]
Nuvo Smooth Precision Glue Pen [206N]
Nuvo Radiant Gold Gilding Flakes [850N]
Nuvo Ripened Pumpkin Crystal Drops [665N]
Nuvo Ebony Black Crystal Drops [650N]
Nuvo Fresh Snowfall Glitter Accents [948N]

I started out by stamping my little birdie in her bonnet with Versafine Black Onyx ink. I had positioned my stamp in my Tonic Tim Holtz Stamp Platform, and stamped it onto colored paper. I removed it from the stamp platform, and then colored with my colored pencils. When I was done with all the coloring, I placed it back inside my stamp platform. Since I still had my stamp in the same location (I didn't remove it from the stamp platform), and I lined up my paper in to the upper corner of the platform, I was able to restamp the image EXACTLY over the original image. I like to do this because sometimes pencils can dull the crisp black ink lines while coloring. Stamping the image with the positioner, then coloring, then stamping again makes the lines pop! After stamping that second time, I sprinkled on Sparkle embossing powder and heat set it. This gave the black lines a bit of sparkle and shine! I die cut out the birdie image using Tonic's Scalloped Square Layering Basics Die Set and my Tangerine die machine. I also treated a piece of balsa wood for my background panel. I laid down a layer of Gesso. Once it was dry, I swiped some Royal Aubergine and Peony Pink embellishment mousse across the balsa panel to give it some color. I intentionally left the colors "streaky" so that the white would show through, as well as letting the pink and purple colors blend. I also laid some stencils down and blended more Royal Aubergine purple embellishment mousse through the stencil to give some additional texture and color to the background.

I also shaped some paper flowers I had, and dredged them through some ink smooshed onto my Easy Clean Craft Mat, and then spritzed with water. This gave some light colors to my flowers. I layered the petals and made some dimensional flowers using Nuvo Dimensional Adhesive. I adhered them to my project, and squeezed in Nuvo Fresh Snowfall Glitter Accents into the flower centers for some additional sparkle.

I added glitters and crystal drops to the birdie, branch and flowers. I rolled on some Nuvo Smooth Precision Glue Pen to strategic areas, and then sprinkled on glitters: I used Pink Fizz on her hat, Tangerine for the flower centers, and Hickory for the branch. I also squeezed on some Ripened Pumpkin crystal drops to the polka dots on her hat scarf, and to her beak and feet. I squeezed on teeny drops of Ebony Black crystal drops to her eyes to make them pop a bit more. For the sentiment, I treated black cardstock with my Anti Static Bag and stamped the Chirp sentiment with Versamark Ink, using my Tonic Tim Holtz Stamp Platform. I sprinkled on White Detail embossing powder and heat set it. Then, I trimmed the black cardstock with my Tonic Guillotine, and then rolled on some more Nuvo Smooth Precision Glue Pen to the edges and let it dry to tacky. Once it was tacky, I pressed in some Radiant Gold gilding flakes and then whisked away the remnants with my Mini Blender Brush. This brush works really well to remove all the excess gilding flakes.

I also swiped on more Nuvo Smooth Precision Glue Pen to the edges of my birdie panel, and then let it dry to tacky too, and added more Radiant Gold gilding flakes. I used the Mini Blender Brush again, and got rid of all the loose flakes.

Sending Hugs Magic Slider Card [02.12.2018]

Today's card is a Magic Slider using a Lawn Fawn Die, some flowers from Alt E New, and Sparkle N Sprinkle embossing powders. Let's check it out. This photo below is fully "opened" so you can see all the color.

Supply List:
Lawn Fawn Magic Color Slider
Alt E New Beautiful Day stamp set
Sparkle N Sprinkle Clear Detail embossing powder
Sparkle N Sprinkle Gold Coast embossing powder
Sparkle N Sprinkle Clear Embossable Acetate
Versafine Black Onyx Ink
Versamark Ink
Tonic Tangerine machine

I die cut out the Magic Slider components with my Tonic Tangerine die cutting machine. I positioned some Clear Embossable Acetate from Sparkle N Sprinkle in my Tonic Tim Holtz Stamp Platform and stamped the outline image of the Alt E New Beautiful Day flower in Versafine Black Onyx ink. I stamped it and then sprinkled on Sparkle N Sprinkle's Clear Detail embossing powder, and heat set it. This created the top image that looks like it isn't colored when the slider is fully engaged (shut). In this photo, it is slid half-way open. I stamped the sentiment (I think a Lawn Fawn sentiment, but I can't remember!) with Versamark Ink and then sprinkled on Sparkle N Sprinkle's Gold Coast embossing powder and heat set it.

And here is how it looks fully closed, when all you see is the black image over white cardstock. But, ya pull the tab and the slider slides open and reveals the awesome colored image below! So cool!

Magic Slider cards are really cool! I love how the image is revealed. So much fun. I hope you enjoyed it too!

Best Fishes Card [02.09.2018]

Hi! Check out these sweet fish! I used Lawn Fawn's Fintastic Friends stamp set, and a Spellbinders Label die to make this sweet little card.

Supply List:
Sparkle N Sprinkle Sunset glitter
Sparkle N Sprinkle Daisy glitter
Sparkle N Sprinkle Denim glitter
Sparkle N Sprinkle White Detail embossing powder
Sparkle N Sprinkle Amber Wheat flocking
Sparkle N Sprinkle 1/4" Tear-ific Tape
Versamark ink
Memento Tuxedo Black ink
Sakura Glue Pen
Lawn Fawn Fintastics Friends stamp set
Lawn Fawn Fintastics Friends dies
Tonic Tangerine machine
Copic markers

I stamped out the fish and bowl with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and then colored the fishies with Copic markers. I rolled on some glue pen and then sprinkled on Sparkle N Sprinkle's Sunset glitter on the orange fishie and Daisy glitter onto the yellow one. I also did the "glitter ribbon" technique: I got strips of 1/4" Tear-ific Tape and pressed them into Denim glitter. I pulled off the release tape from the other side, and pressed it into the Denim glitter again. I ended up with thin glittery strips. I pressed the glitter ribbons onto the bowl part and tried to make a wave-type effect with bunching up the glitter ribbons. I also applied some glue to the base of the water bowl and pressed in some Amber Wheat flocking to make it look like sand. I stamped out the sentiment with Versamark ink and sprinkled on Sparkle N Sprinkle's White Detail embossing powder and heat set it, onto a Spellbinders label die cut piece of cardstock for the card base.

This was a fun little card to make, and it packs a lot of sparkle and pop for such a small card.

Thanks for stopping by. Have a magical day!

Sparkle N Sprinkle Roses In My Heart Mixed Media [02.07.2018]

Hello from Designer Chris! Today's project is a mixed media card using the new Roses In My Heart stamp set. Let's check it out!

Supply List:
Roses In My Heart stamp set [00-879P6]
Ornate Greetings stamp set [00-880P5]
Silver Lightning embossing powder [EP262]
Heliotrope embossing powder [EP310]
Super Thick Silver embossing powder [EP467]
Surf glitter [G1117]
Rapture Blue glitter [G1078]
Pink Fizz glitter [GM2050]
Gecko glitter [GM2045]
Cloud Nine glitter [GM2000]
Tonic Jasmine Sunset Layering Die Collection [1110e]
Nuvo Midnight Shadows Glitter Marker 3 Marker set [172N]
Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive [200N]
Versamark ink [VM-001]
Anti Static Bag [99512]
Sakura Glue Pen [Quicky]
Tonic Tangerine machine
Tim Holtz Distress Inks

I started out by using my Tonic Tim Holtz Stamp Platform to stamp the heart from Roses In My Heart stamp set onto watercolor paper. I treated my paper with my Anti Static Bag first, then inked up the stamp with Versamark ink, and stamped it. I sprinkled on Silver Lightning embossing powder and heat set it.

Here is a closeup of the rose part of the image after it was heat set! So pretty!

Then I started watercoloring ... I squished some distress inks onto my Tonic Easy Clean Craft Mat. I spritzed a bit of water onto each ink splotch to create my watercolors. I brushed them onto the roses and leaves. This photo helps show how I created the distress ink watercolors.

I used my Tangerine to cut a mat board on which to create my mixed media project. I used the Tonic Jasmine Sunset Layering Die set to create this funky squareish board. I painted Gesso over the base and then started all my layers (mixed media has a lot of layers - the  most the better!). I ripped some dictionary pages into pieces and gessoed them onto the board too. I swiped all three colors of the Midnight Shadows glitter marker pens (teal, blue, and silver) onto areas of the base as well, and spritzed them with water. They dilute really well (I didn't know what would happen, but I gave it a whirl and it worked out really well!). I swiped and spritzed a bit until I got what felt right. I laid down a brick stencil and stenciled on some embossing paste. Another hint with mixed media - little bits of things all over the board are good, so I did just a bit of brick stenciling. Once I pulled away the stencil, I sprinkled on Surf glitter over the still-wet embossing paste. The glitter stuck to it really well too. I also laid a strip of lace across the bottom part of the board and gessoed over it too to anchor it down.

I wanted to add some more sparkle to the base, so I created a little mound of white embossing paste on my Easy Clean Craft Mat, then sprinkled on some Rapture Blue glitter. I stirred it together and created some glittery paste.

Here is a close up of what the glitter paste looked like. I stenciled it through a dot stencil. The glitter worked really well in the embossing paste.

I also added some adhesive to the paper flowers. I squeezed some Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive onto my Easy Clean Craft Mat. I brushed on the glue onto the petal edges. Then, I sprinkled on Cloud Nine glitter.

Here is a photo of what the flower looked like after the glitter was applied and the adhesive dried. The adhesive dries clears, so this is a perfect way to add any type of glitter or sparkle to flower petals!

I used my Tonic Tim Holtz Stamp Platform to stamp out one of the sentiments from the Ornate Greetings stamp set, which is another new January reveal stamp set! It is perfect. I treated my cardstock with my Anti Static Bag and stamped the sentiment with Versamark ink. I sprinkled on Heliotrope embossing powder and heat set it. Then I fussy cut around the sentiment and blended some ink over the cardstock to give it some depth. I also swiped more Versamark ink along the edges and added more Silver Lightning embossing powder and heat set it. I also added on some Super Thick Silver embossing powder around the sentiment and I heat set it. These pieces of embossing powder are pretty thick and chunky so it is best to heat the paper from below to keep the embossing powder from flying around.

Here is a photo of the roses after I colored them with the watercolors, and then I glittered them up! I rolled out some adhesive from my Sakura Glue Pen. I sprinkled on Pink Fizz glitter to the roses and Gecko glitter to the leaves.

Here is a another close up of how light and sparkly the spritzed Midnight Shadow Glitter pens look. The color seeped into the burlap strip and it made it look pretty cool.

I had fun with this mixed media project, and the Roses in the Heart and Ornate Greetings stamp sets are amazing. I can't wait to see what you do with them, or any of our other stamp sets. Remember to post your creations in our Sparkle N Sprinkle Creative Challenge. The February Challenge opened on February 1 and runs through February 25. Our challenge is on Facebook. Go find it, and post your amazing creations!

BuJo Starter Kit tag [02.05.2018]

Today's project is a little tag for a gift of pens for a friend who is starting up a Bullet Journal. I just got into Bullet Journals (BuJo for short) at the beginning of the year. Let's check out this tag.

Supply List:
Sparkle N Sprinkle Clear Detail embossing powder
Versafine Black Onyx ink
Lawn Fawn Harold's ABCs stamp set
Lawn Fawn Cole's ABCs dies
Tonic Tangerine machine
Circle dies

I used my Tangerine die cutting machine to die cut several circles with coordinating patterned paper from my stash. I also die cut the "bujo" letters from Lawn Fawn's Cole's ABCs dies. I stamped out the sentiment with Lawn Fawn's Harold's ABCs stamps onto vellum with Versafine Black Onyx ink and then sprinkled on Sparkle N Sprinkle's Clear Detail embossing powder and heat set it. I trimmed the vellum with my Tonic Guillotine trimmer, and then cut each end into tails. I adhered this all together with foam dimensionals, and this little giftie was done.

I hope my friend enjoys playing in her BuJo and enjoys these pens!

Happy Birthday Roses [02.02.2018]

Today's card is a birthday card for a dear friend of mine. This sentiment was just perfect I used Alt E New's Best Buds and Budding Thanks stamp sets. Here is the card.

Supply List:
Alt E New Best Buds Stamp & Budding Thanks Stamp & Die Bundle
Sparkle N Sprinkle Gold Coast embossing powder
Anti Static Bag
Versamark ink
Tonic Tangerine machine
Gina K Designs Inks
Gold metallic water colors

I used the AltENew stamps and several shades of Gina K Designs inks to stamp out each flower. I lined up the stamps in my Tim Holtz Stamp Platform and stamped each one. I masked off the flower and stamped another one next to it. I did this along the bottom right and top left of my card panel that I had die cut using my Tonic Tangerine machine (all's I can say about it, is it is awesome!). While the flowers were masked, I stamped the leaves too, and then finished up all the images with their outline stamp to give a little extra pop. I squeezed on some Nuvo Morning Dew Crystal Drops to the flowers and leaves to give some actual morning dew drops to the flowers! Boom!

I used one of the sentiments from the stamp set, and treated my card panel with my Anti Static Bag. I lined up the sentiment with my Tim Holtz Stamp Platform, and then inked up my stamp with Versamark ink. I stamped the sentiment and then sprinkled on Sparkle N Sprinkle's Gold Coast embossing powder and heat set it. This color is so dreamy and my favorite shade of gold embossing powder! Then, I added some gold splatter! I wet my gold metallic water color medium, and then flicked splatters across the card. I also swiped some gold along the edge of the card panel and then framed it in a black frame which was also die cut.

I really hope my friend enjoyed her birthday card. I love pink, and I love flowers, and this Alt E New stamp set is the perfect choice for several gorgeous layering flowers!

Thanks for stopping by. Have a magical day!

I ink blended some pink distress ink to the outside of the rectangle. Then, I positioned the donut, swirl, and cupcake stamps from Lawn Fawn's Sweet Friends stamp set in my Tim Holtz Stamp Platform and stamped them with Versamark ink. I sprinkled on Sparkle N Sprinkle's Gold Detail embossing powder and heat set it. Then, I colored the images with Prismacolor pencils, and swiped on some Nuvo Glitter pen to give some extra sparkle. Then, I stamped on the little sprinkles on the donut and the cupcake with Versamark. For the donut, I sprinkled on Sparkle N Sprinkle's Amour embossing powder and heat set it. Then, I covered the icing on the donut with 3-D Crystal Lacquer and let it dry. This gave a lot of shine to the donut frosting! I also rolled some Nuvo Smooth Precision Glue Pen along the stitched line of the rectangle and sprinkled on Sparkle N Sprinkle's Pink Fizz glitter. Anything and everything for extra sparkle and pink goodness!

For the cupcake, I also stamped on the sprinkles, and used Pink Lady embossing powder from Sparkle N Sprinkle to add some texture to the frosting. I covered the frosting as well with 3-D Crystal Lacquer and let it dry. So fun!

The swirl cup didn't get any extra sprinkles. But it got a coating of 3-D Crystal Lacquer too, after being colored with Prismacolor pencils. I also stamped out the sentiment with Versamark ink and sprinkled on Sparkle N Sprinkle's Heliotrope embossing powder! I swiped some white Signo Gel Pen under the sentiment to help make it stand out against the background and separate it from the sweet treats a bit.

I LOVE pink ... it is definitely one of my signature colors. This was a really fun card to make, and I love all the sparkle and the pink colors and shades. I can't wait to see what you create and share for this challenge!

Thanks for stopping by. Have a magical day!
