The next stop on our blog hop is Belinda. I know she has something incredible to show you, and I know you will love it!

Now, back to my project. I used the  Winter Birdhouse 803 stamp set. Here it is.
I stamped out the image and started coloring with colored pencils. Once it was colored, I die cut the card panel and then started blinging up the images with glitter. Here is the sweet little birdie. I used the Nuvo Glue Pen Fine to roll out adhesive where I wanted glitter, and then dusted on Raspberry Soda on his hat, Misty Blue on his wings, and Tiger Orange on his boots and beak.

I repeated the same system, Nuvo Glue Pen Fine to roll out adhesive and I used Sparkling Snow for the snow and ice icicles on the bird house, and more Raspberry Soda on his long sleeping cap.

Here is another photo of the snow and more of the Sparkling Snow glitter. Also, it shows the Aquamarine glitter I used on the bird's scarf.

I die cut a frame from blue cardstock.Then, I die cut another frame in the same shape but solid, after I had adhered strips of 1/2" Double sided "Tear-ific" Tape along the edges. Here is what the solid frame looked like.
After die cutting the frame shapes, I burnished on Autumn Medley glitter into the 1/2" Double sided "Tear-ific" Tape. Then, I layered the blue cardstock frame over this, and came up with this. I love the sparkle!

Here it is all layered together. So much fun! Love all the sparkle and the way the colors all come together.

Here is another photo of the full card. Once I layered it all together, I wanted to help highlight the snow flake theme. I die cut some snow flakes from white cardstock. Then, I rubbed some Blue Topaz Nuvo Glimmer Paste into some of the flakes, and Pure Platinum Nuvo Embellishment Mousse into others. I adhered the snowflakes onto the card panel with Brushable Glue. These really made the snowflakes really pretty! Those birds in the bird house make me so happy!

This stamp set is really cool. I love the birds. They look so happy!

Thanks for stopping by. Have a magical day!

Harry Potter Card {10.28.2016}

Hi! Today's card is for a good friend of mine who loves everything Harry Potter! Let's check it out.
I used several Lawn Fawn stamp sets. I used Winter Owl for the owl, Critters Ever After for the griffon, and Making Frosty Friends for the broom. I also used Lawn Fawn die cuts. I cut the card panel with Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables, and the hill from Stitched Hillside Borders. I also die cut clouds using the Puffy Cloud Borders. To make the background, I used distress ink and blended over the tops of the clouds, and kept moving my masks up to the top of the card. This made a really fun and easy background.

I stamped out the images and colored them with Copic markers. Here is a close up of the griffon. After I colored him, I fussy cut him out and added some Wink of Stella to his mane and wings for extra sparkle!

I also stamped out the owl and colored it with Copic markers too, then fussy cut it out. I also stamped, colored, and fussy cut several brooms. Here is the owl, with some Wink of Stella eyes too.
I also made a little gift card holder and decorated it, using the Small Stitched Envelope die. I also did the sentiment as an inlaid die cut. And, tossed on one more broom to connect it to the theme of the card. Here is what I made.
I hope my friend likes this card and little giftie.

Thanks for stopping by. Have a magical day!

Sparkle N Sprinkle Christas Tag Ornament {10.26.2016}

Hello! As a Designer for Sparkle N Sprinkle, I got to play with some more new releases for October. This is the ornament I made using the new Christmas Tags #1 stamp set. I used the colored digital image, and sized it on my computer to what I wanted. Then, I printed it out on cardstock and die cut it with a circle. Let's check it out.

For the tree, I squeezed on some Nuvo Glitter Drops Sunlit Meadow. This gave the tree some heft, sparkle, and shine. It was perfect! As you can see in this photo, I tend to fill in most of the image but  not all of it. I think this gives a better look, since I don't color outside the lines, and I also think it shows the dimension better. What do you think?

I adhered a lot of glitter using the Nuvo Glue Pen Fine. I drew on the adhesive where I wanted to add glitter, then dusted it on. For the snowflake, I used Princess Elsa Frost glitter from the Frozen glitter collection. This glitter was perfect for the sparkly snowflakes :)

I wanted to make it into an ornament and add some gold. So I wrapped a strip of 1/4" Double sided "Tear-ific" Tape around the edge of the ornament circle. Then, I burnished in some Aztec Gold glitter - my favorite gold glitter. I also whipped out the Nuvo Glue Pen Fine again, and traced around the inner circle, and sprinkled on some Black Ice glitter.

To make it into an ornament, I die cut a star in red cardstock and layered it behind the circle image. I then added two ribbons together, a solid gold ribbon and some Cream 1/8" Pull Ribbon. I looped these ribbons through a hole I punched, and tied them together to make a hanger.

After adding the ribbon, the ornament was complete! Here is the whole ornament again.

I know you will love this stamp set - it was really fun to make this ornament.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a magical day!

Sparkle N Sprinkle Fruit Notes Card {10.19.2016}

Here is another card I got to make, as a Designer for Sparkle N Sprinkle, with the October new stamps. I used the new Fruit Notes digital stamp set. Let's check it out.
This stamp set was really fun! I sized and printed out the image in color. This made the card come together pretty quickly. The colored digital images are really fun and easy to use. The first thing I did was decorate up the fruit, using several glitters. I used the Nuvo Glue Pen Fine tip to draw on adhesive where I wanted it. I adhered Autumn Medley to the orange, Hyacinth to the grapes, Evening Glow to the wheat chaff, Daisy to the yellow grapes, and Aquamarine to the leaves. This really made these fruits pop and sparkle!
Here is another view of the Hyacinth glitter on the grapes, and the Autumn Medley glitter on the orange. So much fun!
Here is a close up of the Evening Glow on the wheat chaff. So pretty! This was the perfect color and it really made the wheat bright and cheery!
I also die cut out a spiral rose die, and shaped it into a rose. I used Brushable Glue to brush glue onto the rose petal edges. I dusted on some Hyacinth glitter onto the rose. I also adhered a pearl to the inside of the rose. I squeezed on some Crystal Drops Morning Dew to make little dew drops on the petals too. So pretty!

I also created a frame for the card. I die cut an opulent rectangular frame, coated it with the Versamark Ink Pad and then sprinkled on Gold Detail embossing powder and heat set it. I layered this all together behind the image and framed it over a background rectangle. I also adhered strips of 1/8" and 1/4" Double sided "Tear-ific" Tape and burnished in Hyacinth glitter.
Here is another angle of the frame. The Gold Detail embossing powder was perfect!
Here is another shot of the full card. The  Fruit Notes stamp set has several sentiments. When I sized the image, I put in one of the sentiments into the paper section and tilted it to match the angle of the paper. This was really easy to do.
I know you will love this stamp set - it is so versatile and fits pretty much any occasion.

Thanks for stopping by. Have a magical day!

Sparkle N Sprinkle Elephant Christmas Tree [10.12.2016]

As a Designer for Sparkle N Sprinkle, I get the pleasure and honor of creating cards with the new monthly releases. Today, I have a fun card to show you from the October Sparkle N Sprinkle Release. I made a card using the digital version of the Elephant Christmas Tree stamp set. Let's check it out.

I printed out two copies the color version of the image on white cardstock. I trimmed down one of the images to a card front size. I fussy cut out all three of the stockings from the extra image, used the Fine Nuvo Glue Pen to roll on some adhesive, then sprinkled on Easy Green semi-transparent glitter on some stocking parts, and Collegiate Garnet glitter on others. I also added some Twinkling Clouds Sparkle N Soft to the tops of the stockings. I used foam adhesive to pop up the stockings a bit and adhered them onto the card panel. Look at all the fun depth and sparkle!

I also decorated the top of the tree. I love stars on tops of trees, and this one is really fun! I fussy cut out the tree image from my second print out, adhered glue with the Fine Nuvo Glue Pen to the star topper, and sprinkled on Mimosa Sparkle N Soft. This gave the star some sparkly and soft goodness. So fun!

I also blinged up the tree. More Fine Nuvo Glue Pen was applied, and I bedazzled up the ornaments with glitter. I used Enlightened Blue for the blue ornaments and Collegiate Garnet for the red ones. I also used more Mimosa Sparkle N Soft  on the stars. I popped up the tree with foam adhesive and adhered it over the tree on the card panel. This made the tree pop and sparkle!

I also decorated up the sweet little elephant. One of my favorite things with the elephant was his teeny tiny heart on his bum. I pulled out my trusty Fine Nuvo Glue Pen again and rolled out some adhesive on his heart. I sprinkled on more Collegiate Garnet, and viola! Shiny, glittery heart!

I also went to town on the Santa cap on the elephant's head. I whipped out my trusty Fine Nuvo Glue Pen again and made it sparkly with some Twinkling Clouds Sparkle N Soft. Sparkle N Soft brings a subtler amount of sparkle combined with a softer and poofier texture than pure glitter. It is the perfect embellishment for the cap!

The last addition to my cute and adorable elephant was to paint his toe nails! I used my favorite adhesive, the Fine Nuvo Glue Pen and sprinkled on Sonic Silver microfine glitter. These made his toes so cute! I also added a bit more sparkle (truly, I can't ever get enough!) by drawing the Fine Nuvo Glue Pen around the edges of the card panel, and added a strip of 1/4" Double sided "Tear-ific" Tape around the edges of the card base. I sprinkled more Collegiate Garnet around the edges, and my card was done.

This was such a fun card to make. The elephant is too cute, and the tree is a lot of fun. I know you will love it too! Give it a try :)
