Cardz 4 Galz Challenge #68 Rainbow Bow Card [03.29.2018]

Hello! Today's card is for the Cardz 4 Galz Challenge #68, Bows or Buttons. I decided to make a BOW Rainbow! What a fun and silly idea! I knew just the dies I wanted to use for this, I whipped out my Lawn Fawn Rainbow die, and Lawn Fawn Put a Bow On It die. I die cut the rainbow multiple times from the colored cardstock, using my Tonic Tangerine (awesome machine!). I also die cut the bows from the same cardstock. I also die cut some Memory Box clouds from silver glittered paper. I layered this all up over Lawn Fawn Plaid paper die cut into a circle, and mounted it onto a white cardstock scalloped circle, using Tonic's Scalloped Circle die. I also created a white card base using the circle die. I scored paper and placed the circle die just a bit over the edge of the fold, and die cut it. This allows the folded part of the card to stay intact and become a base. Here is the full card. Check it out!

Supply List:
Sparkle N Sprinkle Clear Detail embossing powder
Sparkle N Sprinkle Forest Green embossing powder
Tonic Tangerine machine
Lawn Fawn Rainbow die
Lawn Fawn Put a Bow On It die
Lawn Fawn Perfectly Plaid Spring Petite Paper Pack
Lawn Fawn Happy Happy Happy stamp set
Memory Box Marshmallow Cloud die

Here is a close up of the bows on the rainbow. I just love these. So sweet. These bows are really easy to make. The die cut cuts them out and then you just have to shape the bow and glue it down. Simple!

And, here is the inside of the card. I stamped out the sentiment from Lawn Fawn's Happy Happy Happy stamp set, using my Tonic Tim Holtz Stamp Platform. I inked up the stamps with Versamark ink, and then stamped it. I sprinkled on Forest Green embossing powder and heat set it.

I am also submitting this to the Lawn Fawnatics Color Inspiration Challenge. I can't wait to see what you create and post in the Cardz 4 Galz Bows / Button Challenge. This is gonna be fun!

Thanks for stopping by. Have a magical day!

-Chris
